It is a pleasant 7 mile drive through the National Forest viewing all the wildlife that roam this area. Zion View Mountain Estate is often referred to as Strawberry Point and has some of the best viewed lots on the mountain. The area is fairly level with some rolling hills, and nicely wooded wit tall aspen and pine trees. Power is by generator or solar and water is available seasonably through a association delivery service. A water share must be owned to obtain water. There is talk of bringing in the Kane County Year Round Water System which will also allow for year round access.
