Buyer and Seller: December 21, 2010- We fell in love with the Utah Mountains after a camping trip at Duck Creek. We knew we wanted to own property in the area. We looked at several properties on the internet and contacted Evelyn via the internet. We drove up to her office and she spent the day showing us several properties on the mountain. Her knowledge and expertise of the area helped us find two parcels in our price range and perfect for our fifth wheel, in the Navajo Lake Estates Subdivision. Ten years later we wanted to upgrade to a cabin in the mountains. Our first venture was so successful, that again we contacted Evelyn. She took the time to listen to our needs and price restrictions. Again, she took the time to take us around to look at different cabins. Unfortunately, we didn’t find anything, but Evelyn always kept us in mind and emailed different properties to us for us to look at. Thanks to her perseverance and diligent efforts we are now the proud owners of a lovely mountain home. Thanks to her knowledge and dedication, we were able to secure a property at a price that was under market value! Most realtors would end the relationship after the sale, but Evelyn has continued to support us by putting us in contact with persons and companies in the area so that we can pursue upgrades on the property. We live out of state so her recommendations and confidence in us has made a world of difference in our efforts to pursue our dream lifestyle! We will now be able to experience all of the activities and beauty the mountain has to offer, but still enjoy the warm comforts of being in our own home. Buyer: Fri, 1 Oct 2010- Evelyn; thank you so much for your help in getting our retreat "cabin" . We spent the weekend there and had a great time.
